Nancy Deep
Nancy Deep is a molecular biologist with specialized expertise in genetic engineering and stem cell biology. She holds a Master’s degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of New Haven, Connecticut, USA.
Following her graduate studies, Nancy worked at Harvard University’s iPS Core facility, where she developed advanced skills in the reprogramming, culture, and characterization of stem cells. She then joined Vertex Pharmaceuticals, where she contributed to gene editing of human embryonic stem cells for the Type-1 Diabetes program.
After accumulating five years of professional experience in the United States, Nancy returned to India to apply her expertise and contribute to the advancement of biomedical research in the country. Her vision is to make personalized medicine more accessible in India.
