Dhrithi Mallur
Dhrithi Mallur (Research Trainee) graduated from PES University with a B.Tech in biotechnology. Throughout her undergraduate research journey, she has been working on cancer biology and its therapeutic solutions. Her CRISPR journey started during her undergraduate dissertation in CSIR-IGIB, New Delhi, where she was involved in CRISPR gene editing in CAR-T Cells targeting Multiple Myeloma, and her fascination with CRISPR only grew from there.
She also was involved in analyzing the cytotoxic effects of plant lectins on colorectal cancer and published in silico studies proposing plant sources as potential aromatase inhibitors to tackle Estrogen Receptor Positive Breast Cancer.
