She holds an Executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, showcasing her strong business acumen, and a postgraduate degree in Biochemistry from Bangalore University.
As an entrepreneur, she co-founded and served as CEO of Genemine Discoveries Pvt Ltd, which was selected for the Elevate Accelerator Program under KITS.
During the recent COVID pandemic, she, as the Chief Operating Officer at Bengaluru Genomics Center, played a pivotal role in enhancing operations and implementing technological innovations, resulting in substantial revenue generation.
In her role as a Business Manager at Chromous Biotech Pvt Ltd, she spearheaded operations, focusing on profitability, and successfully identifying new market opportunities that led to remarkable revenue growth. Furthermore, she gained valuable international experience as a Senior Scientist at Bristol Meyer’s Squibb and the University of Maryland, USA, where she implemented and optimized new protocols, contributing to scientific research and development.
